2. Certified copies of the Master’s degree diploma and its supplement with grades or higher education equivalent to it

If a higher education diploma was issued by a foreign education institution, evaluation of the gained education documents, recognized by the Centre for Quality Assessment in Higher Education in Lithuania or International Studies Centre of Vilnius Gediminas Technical University (to get a verification of higher education diploma, please contact VILNIUS TECH Doctoral School)

5. Recommendation-agreement of the scientific supervisor of the dissertation topic

6. List of scientific publications and their copies. If scientific publications are not provided, the research proposal has to be provided

7. Bank receipt or a transfer copy of the application fee

8. IELTS (6 points), TOEFL (70 points) certificate, indicating B2 English language level. A certificate should be issued not later than 3 years ago. If a Bachelor's or Master's degree study language is English, a certificate is not required

9. Copy of a personal data page of a passport or a copy of a personal ID
